70% old Vines Carignan, Syrah

Sustained color with purple nuances. The nose is elegant with notes of black fruits (blackberry, elderberry...). The palate remains very supple, round, flattering. The length is really interesting for this type of wine.

Rigorous selection of the most beautiful plots of Carignan, with optimal maturity with a long vatting with an environmental approach.
In our opinion: Now we're getting serious. Rich, deep, complex.
A Paris Medaille d'Or Award. And remember, the French DO NOT give out awards willy nilly.
