In our opinion: We love reds, but this chardy really takes the cake. Soft tannins, hints of citrus flavours. Light body, great food wine, perfect for sharing, with people you really, really, like.
Mont Ségonne
Mont Ségonne is the highest point of the Serre d'Oupia which dominates the villages of Pouzols and Mailhac.
100% Chardonnay
Very transparent colour, yellow with green reflections. Concentrated nose developing on notes of pineapple, citrus fruits and grilled hazelnuts. Powerful mouth feel with a very long finish.
South-South East exposure on the slope of the Serre d'Oupia. Clay-limestone soil. Morning harvest, pneumatic pressing and fermentation at low temperatures. Maturing on fine lees with bottling in spring.
