Florilège (Anthology)

Grenache, Syrah and Carignan

Ruby colour, nose reminiscent of grilled hazelnuts and fruits in brandy. Round and supple mouth very fruity with a slightly vanilla finish.

Traditional thermo-regulated vinification. Each grape variety is vinified separately before the final blend, usually in March.

Gold Medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris, 2022.

South/south-east exposure on the slope of the Oupia greenhouse. Lean soil made up of white-gray-blue pebbles with sharp edges. Quaternary hard limestone.

In our opinion: A great intro to the red wines of the Languedoc, and Minervois in particular. Smooth, fruit-driven without being sweet.
